After finishing up a metric ton of laundry in the morning it was time to get down to business. Fueling up for the afternoon required calories.
Not typically allowed to put anything but cream cheese and butter on bagels, it was time to push the envelope in the name of carb loading and sacrifice one to a tuna melt.
The Second Sandwich was a little weak, so I had to augment the picture with my rusted out machete and a beer can.

The main event of the afternoon involved reviving this old machete found on a beach in Boqueron. It involved removing all the rust, recreating the handle using mahogany and then sanding and varnishing.
After removing the rust with the angle grinder, I said screw it. As long as it's sharp who cares what it looks like. Time for a Medalla
