Warderick Wells Cay coral gardens

Our mooring in Warderick Wells harbor was only about 200 ft astern to an amazing coral garden. We took the go pro out to take a look and the photos do not do the colors justice. We had to fight the current a little and only had 2 pairs of flippers for three, which turned out to be a little exhausting. It was well worth the work.  Warderick Well is a no take zone.  The marine life is a stark contrast to the the over fished reefs and sands we have snorkeled before. As you dive down huge lobster stare back at you while enormous grouper swim away. Dan and Gary even spotted an eagle ray with a wing span of 8 ft.
